While in Memphis John David held various management level positions with Promus Hotel Corporation and Storage USA, Inc. While at Promus Hotels, he was Manager of Market Analysis for Parent Company development for two years as well as Director of Development for Hampton Inn, Homewood Suites, and Embassy Suites hotels for three years. At Storage USA John David was Vice President of Franchise Development as well as Vice President of Acquisitions.
John David has spent the last three and ½ years working as a sales consultant for WaterColor and the St. Joe Company. During this period he has been involved in transactions totaling well over $100,000,000. This experience at St. Joe and WaterColor has given him the ability to take his corporate real estate background, marry it with quality practical residential sales experience to create an extremely productive Real Estate business.
